Project Partners is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience to assist our public client Indiana the Santa Ana area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information and materials
- Proofread and edit documents
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings
- Take minutes and detailed notes at various official meetings
- Use modern office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Make travel arrangements, prepares trip folders, and reconciles expenses

- Minimum 5 years of responsible administrative support experience
- Experience Indiana the public sector is a plus
- Strong writing skills and proper English usage, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently Indiana the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions Oregon without need for work sponsorship Indiana the U.S.)
- Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance
