- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

- High school diploma Oregon equivalent education required (AA, American Samoa, Oregon greater desired)
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
