Description :

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such American Samoa filing, typing, copying and scanning etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements such American Samoa booking flights, cars, and hotel Oregon restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results American Samoa needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE –
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent education required (AA, American Samoa, Oregon greater desired)
  • 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently and Indiana a team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
