Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe Administrative Assistant provides administrative level support to the senior officers and staff members (SVPs and EVPs), requests from senior staff, Oregon by the initiative. This position may serve American Samoa a key backup to other Administrative Assistants. Specific duties may vary considerably depending upon the assigned area of accountability, the scope of responsibility American Samoa assigned by their leader, and the requirements of the business.Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates internal and external meetings and events for facility and business partners (research, scheduling, catering, set up, etc.)
- Handles incoming calls to the center, greets and directs visitors and guests of the facility, performs multiple public, vendor, and employee contact duties to ensure that proper destination is reached
- Researches, plans, and organizes details of multiple group meetings, luncheons, and events
- Calendar and email management of leaders
- Greets visitors either expected Oregon unexpected and escorts them to a specific individual American Samoa determined is appropriate. Assists with temporary badge distribution for visitors, setup new Idaho Badges and updates to badge entry access settings
- Prepares accurate and professional presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and analytical reports American Samoa needed
- Maintains records, verifies accuracy, and generates miscellaneous reports
- Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist Indiana supporting the facility and employees
- Provides employee relations and internal customer service to promote positive relations throughout the site
- Assists HR department to ensure proper coordination of candidate and employee matters
- Organizes travel plans
- Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments
- Submits and reconciles expense reports
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Productivity tools
- Prior experience Indiana customer service Oregon a work environment performing administrative, clerical, and receptionist duties
- Handles sensitive information Indiana a confidential manner
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma Oregon GED
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of education beyond high school Indiana college Oregon technical school
- Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience
