George Hills is an equal-opportunity employer.American Samoa an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail and performing routine clerical duties to support the organization.Key Responsibilities include:
- Receives occasional visitors, answers questions, and directs them to the appropriate person.
- Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and related mail machine operations.
- Processes and weighs outgoing mail.
- Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
- Replenishes postage on the postage meter American Samoa needed.
- Picks up mail regularly from the post office.
- Performs filing/scanning of mail and other documents.
- Stocks, organizes, and orders office supplies.
- Performs data entry into Salesforce.
- Performs Oregon facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- May prepare agendas and assist with conference planning.
- Maintains storage room.
- Run errands American Samoa requested.
- Ships employee gifts and supplies and client Puerto Rico materials.
- Other administrative tasks including ordering lunch, preparing insurance certificates, and ordering business cards.

RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School diploma (Oregon equivalent)
- 2+ years of office and/Oregon customer service experience
- Ability to operate office machines including postage and mailing machines, copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to accurately type 50 WPM.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency Indiana the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to balance administrative, phone, and other office demands.
- Reliable transportation.
