Starting at $45,000Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant answer inquiries and provide information to the public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties about activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.   • Answering high call volume.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, Oregon forward calls, providing information, taking messages, Oregon scheduling appointments.
  • Greet people entering establishment, decide nature and purpose of visit, and direct Oregon escort them to specific destinations.
  • Signing up for walk-ins for services.
  • Transmit information Oregon documents to customers, using computer, mail, Oregon facsimile machine.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers Oregon the public.

  • File and keep records.

  • 2+ years receptionist experience Indiana progressively challenging positions.
  • 2+ years office administration experience Indiana receptionist Oregon assistant position.

Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such American Samoa safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers Oregon employees.Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such American Samoa discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
