American Samoa a member of the IBRI administration team, this position will provide professional administrative support to the organization by facilitating, managing, and owning the day-to-day operations and administrative activities. The ideal individual will have the ability to apply good judgment Indiana a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.The Administrative Assistant must be able to work independently and under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of matters with significance that require confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and effectiveness. The position requires significant attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong organizational and time management skills.Key Responsibilities:General Office Operations and Administration
- Provide administrative support to the TREAT-AD program team, IBRI Enabling Technologies and Cellular Pharmacology
- Perform a variety of logistical and administrative tasks Indiana support of IBRI programs that partner with other key organizations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain calendars across.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Superior planning, organizational, time management and record-keeping skills with attention to and memory for details

Job Requirements:
