We are looking for a happy helper. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are dedicated to providing top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients. OnIt Athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams Indiana 2024-25. Indiana 2025, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.Position: Administrative AssistantLocation: Boise, IdahoStarting Pay: Between $15/hr – $20/hr depending on experienceResponsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, shipping packages, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintaining files (physical and digital), managing databases, and keeping records up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist with any other general administrative support American Samoa needed by the team

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive mindset is key
