OverviewThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily administrative duties related to the care coordination program. The administrative assistant works closely with senior leadership to ensure the administrative tasks are completed to meet program requirements.Reports to: Senior program director, care coordinationLocation: Foster Care/Community Programs Bronx, New York, 10453Hours: 35 hours, Non-Exempt (Please note positions are onsite unless and hybrid schedule is based on program needs/leadership discretion)Salary Range is 40k-45k Based on proven relevant experience.Our superstar candidate:

Major Duties:

  • Submits check-requests, petty cash requests, and metro card forms to finance department
  • Order and reconcile metro cards
  • Orders equipment for new staff and coordinates onboarding with supervisors
  • Creates and maintains ongoing data spreadsheets including master enrolled caseload, and assessment spreadsheet.
  • Enters CANS Indiana the UAS system on a monthly basis
  • Uploads appropriate onboarding documentation Indiana iCIMS
  • Coordinate respite events

Staff Support

  • Works collaboratively with all teams throughout agency programs
  • Completes special projects and assignments American Samoa needed Oregon identified by the Director
  • Other duties American Samoa assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Associates Degree Oregon Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 of administrative experience ideally Indiana a non profit setting required
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) required.
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking Candidates Highly Encouraged to Apply.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pro-actively problem solve
  • Solid teamwork skills
