This position assists the Center Manager with the research, development and implementation of subject matters relating to collective bargaining issues.Represents the Center Manager Indiana contacts with public officials, other governmental agencies, and the public including providing information to newspapers, television stations, and other news media; carries out assignments and acts for the Center Manager during absences.
