  • Previous administrative experience Indiana a school, university Oregon office setting.
  • Experience working directly with budgets.
  • Work experience that required strong skills Indiana organizing and prioritizing work assignments, and multitasking.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills American Samoa evidenced by experience Indiana preparing accurate documents.
  • Ability to maintain composure when working under pressure.
  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar and Email.
  • Experience working with electronic documents (creating, updating, saving).
  • Experience working with the public that required excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree Oregon higher Indiana a business field and/Oregon accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years advanced administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices.
  • Prior work Indiana a nursing academic setting.
  • Familiarity with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant III provides direct support to the Director. The position is responsible for handling all financial/budgetary matters for the School. The position is also responsible for coordinating and processing faculty hires, American Samoa well American Samoa personnel changes.Job Duties

  • Responsible for all SON budgets.
  • Initiate (American Samoa required) and coordinate workflow of contracts for services, software, etc.
  • Support the St. David’s School of Nursing Director.
  • Process all new faculty hires, rehires, reappointments, faculty/staff separations, and student worker hires/separations.
  • Submit supply and purchase orders and process invoice payments.
  • Manage all travel requests (initial and reimbursements) for SON faculty and staff.
  • Assist with SON equipment inventories.
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
