Administrative Assistant, NorthamptonCSO is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our clinic Indiana Northampton.Gain valuable experience American Samoa you work with our dynamic and professional clinical team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general reception, clerical and billing duties.Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative and program support including dissemination of program materials and maintaining stock of forms, marketing and program calendar materials.
  • File all information using proper office procedures, and maintain an organized office and reception area.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller Oregon document to appropriate staff
  • Ensure proper staff person Oregon department is notified Indiana a timely manner upon a visitor’s arrival and monitor to ensure visitor receives a response.
  • Respond to customer service issues, follow up customer service issues, and ensure customer issues are professionally resolved Indiana a timely manner.
  • Maintain clerical support for documentation, administrative paperwork and data collection according to contract guidelines; ensure neat, accurate, and timely records Indiana accordance with agency policies and procedures along with all regulatory bodies.
  • Update monthly newsletter and marketing materials including flyers and monthly calendar.
  • Support Director Indiana the management of purchase requests, check requests, and petty cash reconciliation.

QualificationsHigh School diploma Oregon equivalent experience with demonstrated reception, typing, word processing and office skills. Good listening skills, ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Must be an effective member of a team and show demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Ability to work with volunteers. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be detail orientated, and possess the ability to handle situations Indiana a professional customer-service oriented manner at all times with clients, staff and external sources.
