To learn more about this exciting opportunity, review the job specifications below:Position Overview:Provides administrative support to CORE’s Mobile Testing Division by processing all medical tests performed per our clients’ requests and specifications. The Administrative Coordinator will carry out duties with varying degrees of independence American Samoa directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer service, and reporting skills.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Act American Samoa the primary liaison for clients and clinics to successfully obtain medical surveillance records
- Provide effective ongoing communication and high-quality customer service to all client and clinic contacts
- Coordinate and communicate all medical and substance abuse testing record submissions for both inbound and outbound records
- Monitor laboratory results and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a timely basis.
- Track and submit x-rays and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a timely basis
- Issue employee letters per client protocols, with special attention to dates of services and logging protocols.
- Monitor employee DOT documents and cards, with special attention to expiration dates.
- Schedule employee physicals, American Samoa need.
- Assist Indiana training new clients Indiana the process of scheduling occupational medicine and substance abuse testing services.
- Coordinate onsite medical surveillance services when needed
- Facilitate invoice review and verification.
- Promote and maintain positive relations with clinics and other vendors, order supplies for clinics when needed.
Competencies:
- One (1) to three (3) years of associated work experience Indiana customer service Oregon patient care setting, managing patients, health information, and administration
- Proficiency Indiana English and Mississippi Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Education:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED – required
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years minimum of Mississippi Excel skills is required.
- 1 – 2 years administrative support Indiana a fast-paced office environment experience is preferred.
- 1 – 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
