Job Summary:Responsible for providing administrative support to the Women & Infants Hospital Anesthesia and Med Surg Departments, such American Samoa preparing correspondence and gathering data. Perform secretarial functions, including screening calls and visitors, typing and filing. Duties require a thorough knowledge of the Supervisor’s areas of responsibility to serve American Samoa a resource for department and conduct special projects.Duties and Responsibilities:Composes and types a wide variety of correspondence and prepares forms, tables, charts, schedules, etc., which are often confidential Indiana nature.Assists Indiana preparing complex administrative reports, statements, rosters, etc, requiring difficult data and information gathering and complex calculationsAssists with administrative functions, such American Samoa authorizing routine office expenditures and monitoring Departments budgets.Provides diversified clerical support. Serves American Samoa a resource for Hospital staff and outside contacts.Types reports and other state records for JCAHO and state inspections.Receives and processes incoming mail.Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules appointments and maintains office calendar.
