ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECRUITERJob Summary:HQ Aero is currently recruiting for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECRUITER Indiana BRIDGEPORT, West Virginia.We are seeking a dependable, professional individual to perform administrative/recruiting duties.Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with candidates via telephone and email.
• Type resumes.
• Update database.
• Assist with prescreening candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding process.
• Assist with compliance (background checks, pre-employment drug tests, E-Verify)

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Experience Indiana Office Administration Oregon Recruiting preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to schedule and organize effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned tasks and functions.
• Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team environment and independent work.
• Criminal Background checks & Compliant with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
