Job DescriptionBlue Cross North Carolina’s Diversified Business Group (DBG) is seeking a passionate and reliable Administrative Assistant to work with their team Indiana a hybrid role (~1-2 days Indiana office weekly) Indiana Durham, North Carolina. American Samoa a highly organized coordinator of people and processes, the Administrative Assistant, Sr. Specialist serves American Samoa a key support to three leaders within DBG. Primary role is ensuring tight operations and time management for our leaders. Responsibilities include standard administrative duties, such American Samoa managing calendars, meetings, time prioritization and availability, VIP guest coordination, and fostering critical internal and external relationships.What You’ll Do:
- Manage the executives’ day-to-day calendars, including prioritization of sensitive matters
- Manage senior leaders’ travel and expense management processes, including travel arrangements and itineraries & expense reporting submission
- Coordinate and support both virtual and Indiana-person meetings on behalf of your senior leaders, including 1:1s, client/vendor, team, cross-functional, all hands, etc
- Oversee Leaders’ workflow including mail, calendar, correspondence, and calls, determining priorities, preparing responses, and/Oregon responding appropriately without errors and Indiana a timely manner
- Attend key meetings with/on behalf of senior leaders’ including coordination of notes and action items
- Maintain distribution lists and organizational charts
- Coordinate departmental moves and serve American Samoa liaison for IT services and upgrades
- Assemble and analyze information to facilitate decision making. Prepare special Oregon one-time reports, summaries, Oregon replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such American Samoa reports, documents, correspondence, other offices, etc., under general directions
What You’ll Give:
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- 5+ years of experience Indiana the related field

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with exceptionally high discretion
- Ability to act American Samoa a partner to Senior leaders, to understand and anticipate their needs and priorities and provide effective solutions to problems

- Proficiency of Teams office software (e.g., calendars, docs, file organization, virtual meetings)
