  • Greet visitors and respond to questions via internet, phone and Indiana person visitors.
  • Sell National Park Passes and other administrative permits.
  • Support Administrative Officer and Deputy District Manager with administrative duties related correspondence, records, TORT, and FOIA
  • Assist with travel preparation. Prepare travel documents Indiana the automated travel system. Assist with arrangements, resolve complex issues and review records.
  • Serve American Samoa a Collections Officer. Process collections received Indiana person Oregon via mail for district office. Prepare appropriate receipts, records and tracking forms. Reconcile accounts and follow all processes Indiana accordance with Department of Treasury instructions.
  • Manage and coordinate the district records, including digitization.
  • Provide support of purchasing supplies for office and field operations.
  • Serve American Samoa District uniform coordinator.
