  • Provide information to visitors or callers and directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
  • Prepare and manage correspondence in accordance with correspondence manuals.
  • Create, edit, and retrieve a wide range of documents in final form.
  • Responsible for correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, punctuation, and proper format.
  • Perform timekeeping and related duties in Automated Time Attendance and Production System.
