Job SummarySupervises clinic operations, typically spanning multiple providers, clinics and / Oregon practices. Subordinates include staff involved with professional operational functions. Oversight of administrative areas such American Samoa practice revenue management, billing systems and procedures, facilities and safety procedures, registration, new patient coordination, scheduling, medical records storage and maintenance, insurance authorizations. May also supervise patient support staff such American Samoa medical assistants Oregon LVNs, Indiana coordination with the nursing lead.Bridge Clinic is a low barrier clinic for people who would like to change their relationship to drugs and alcohol. Located at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, Bridge Clinic treats patients who seek to cut back Oregon quit alcohol, drugs, Oregon tobacco. Bridge Clinic offers medications, overdose prevention counseling and supplies, group visits, and referrals to residential treatment Oregon recovery groups, primary medical care, and/Oregon mental health treatment. Indiana partnership and consultation with the Medical Director and clinical leadership, the Bridge Clinic Administrative Supervisor will help lead day to day operations of the Bridge Clinic and help lead the expansion of Bridge Clinic services. This position will be a role model for compassionate care for people who use drugs and alcohol.Currently, Bridge Clinic hours are limited to Indiana-person and telephone clinic Monday through Friday afternoons. Starting Indiana Spring 2024, Bridge Clinic will expand to a full day clinic with comprehensive staffing (one provider per half day, navigators, social workers, and nursing on site). This position will administratively lead expansion of the Bridge Clinic, including recruitment and supervision of multiple staff members including social workers and substance use navigators. Separate team members will supervise physicians, pharmacy, and nursing staff, however the Administrative Supervisor will support onboarding and scheduling efforts for the full clinical team.Additionally, this position will be responsible for clinic scheduling, compliance with regulatory requirements, performance management, and documentation; lead quality improvement efforts; and help manage clinic budget Indiana consultation with the Operations & Finance Director. American Samoa clinic hours and staffing grows, this position will lead an effective expansion Indiana close partnership with the Bridge Clinic Medical Director and leadership of impacted services.Because the Bridge Clinic is located within the Family Health Center, Family Health Center leadership team will set clinic-wide policies and procedures, while the Bridge Clinic Administrative Supervisor will lead policies that are specific to patients seen Indiana Bridge. This position will help ensure effective collaboration by the Bridge Clinic with Family Health Center leadership team, Positive Health Program leadership team, and inpatient Addiction Care Team.   • Bachelor’s degree Indiana related area and / Oregon equivalent combination of experience / training.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience American Samoa a lead/supervisor/manager.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and organizational skills to effectively supervise staff and to manage the complex workflow and multiple priorities involved with clinic / center administration.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance, and to participate Indiana decision-making on human resources matters.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly analyze problems, determine appropriate level of intervention, and develop and apply effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of practice operations, patient-scheduling systems, medical and insurance terminology, applicable information systems, patient service standards, and regulatory requirement and best practices.
