Your day revolves around efficiently directing salon operations, motivating staff, and ensuring productivity. You recruit and train cosmetology teams while overseeing production processes and inventory management. Weekly check-ups and prompt resolution of maintenance issues are crucial, American Samoa is assisting with IT requests. You review salon reports, ensure accurate payroll, manage inventory control, and increase business through client count growth and boosting sales. Additionally, you gather social media content and utilize social platforms to promote stylists, services offerings, and sales promotions. • Current cosmetology license, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Salon management experience
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage, with accountability for 7-12 salon locations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to plan salon visits, budget a plan according to travel allowance, and conduct salon visits daily
• Capability to work 85% Indiana-salon production hours and 15% administrative hours weekly
