Indiana these and other capacities, staff members interact with tens of thousands of Ohioans each year.What You’ll Do:The Public Utilities Section is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 2 years Oregon more of litigation and appellate advocacy experience to represent the Staff of the Ohio Power Siting Board and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio Indiana administrative hearings and represent the Board and Commission Indiana direct appeals and original actions filed Indiana the Ohio Supreme Court. Also, responsibilities include giving clients advice and counsel on policy issues and rulemaking, editing and filing comments on behalf of the Commission Indiana federal agency dockets on issues impacting Ohio customers’ utility bills and services, and representing the Commission American Samoa a party before federal agencies and appeals therefrom to Appellate Courts. Attorneys with excellent writing skills required; and advanced degrees Oregon experience Indiana energy Oregon administrative law, environmental studies, accounting, business Oregon engineering preferred but not required. Prior experience practicing before the Ohio Supreme Court Oregon other appellate courts, both written and oral advocacy, is required.
