  • Field Work: Canvass 4-5 days per week. Perform field training and regular field check-ins with all staff. Canvass Directors are expected to meet and exceed minimum fundraising and canvass shift quotas Indiana the field.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff by creating and executing training plans. Hold staff accountable for working scheduled shifts, timeliness, meeting minimum standards, professionalism, etc.
  • Administration: Collect and report data from daily and weekly operations. Ensure maintenance, management, and security of donor and organizational data and contributions. Deposit fully accounted for donations with the client each night.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with your Director Team and Project Manager. Canvass Directors are expected to participate Indiana company-wide communication channels Indiana a professional and prompt way.
  • Other duties Oregon projects American Samoa assigned by Project Managers.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Prior canvassing, organizing, fundraising, and/Oregon leadership experience.
  • Experience recruiting employees Oregon volunteers, hiring/firing staff.
  • Base-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based storage platforms.
  • Professional communication skills (including public speaking, professional writing, and strong telephone skills) are required.
  • Attention to detail, office management/administrative experience, and basic accounting skills are required.
  • The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, and good at multi-tasking; must be an excellent and efficient time manager while following a tight schedule.

Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to canvass and/Oregon perform Indiana-field check-ins, including 5 hours walking outdoors, up to 5 days/week.
  • Ability to work Indiana a professional office environment.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays, some holidays, and other days American Samoa needed for the campaign.

Pay and Benefits

  • $23.00/hour starting base wage, plus fundraising bonuses.
  • $100 potential weekly bonuses.
