Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting Indiana the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.What we are looking for:
- Previous experience Indiana property management
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
- LIHTC / Section 8 experience
