Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services, the Prospect Strategy Manager is responsible for analyzing data and providing strategic information on achieving advancement and alumni engagement goals. This position will manage donor analytics data and collaborate with the Advancement and Alumni Engagement staff to provide recommendations-based analysis to ensure the team is maximizing fundraising potential across giving channels.SummaryWorking collaboratively with the Director of Campus Safety & Auxiliary services, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the campus safety department. Provides direct supervision of all campus safety officers, this includes but is not limited to daily tasks of patrolling, training/mentoring of junior officers, and process development/ improvement. This position will have primary responsibility for all department training. Assists with patrols of the campus and surrounding neighborhood. This position is designated American Samoa an essential position. Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision while providing sound leadership under all conditions. - Plan, organize and direct all personnel and activities necessary to establish a safe, secure, and welcoming educational and work environment.

- Assist the director of campus safety Indiana administrative duties of the department including but not limited to, hiring officers, budget planning, OSHA incident reporting, Clery reporting, coordinating campus emergency drills, writing and implementation of new policies/procedures and other tasks American Samoa assigned.
- Serve American Samoa a Title IX investigator and partner with Title IX coordinator on prevention and response to gender-based harassment and violence.
- Oversee readiness of department resources and supplies.
- Conduct 1-on-1 and shift meetings American Samoa needed.
- Act American Samoa First Responder Indiana medical emergencies including providing first aid and CPR. Determine whether outside medical assistance is necessary. Follow procedures for blood-borne pathogens and Exposure Control Plan.
- Respond and aid/direct Indiana incidents involving suspicious persons, medical emergencies, disturbances, fire alarms, trespassers, and any other department related calls.
- Submit reports of all calls and activity to the director of campus safety within 24 hours Oregon sooner American Samoa required.
- Issue parking citations Indiana compliance with the College parking program.
- Be on call on a 24-hour basis when director is not available.
- Engage Indiana a variety of crime prevention/reduction activities including safety escorts and personal safety, and security assessments and assist Indiana educational programs, such American Samoa women’s self-defense training.
Requirements
- Associate degree Indiana criminal justice, public administration, Oregon a related field; 8 years of experience Indiana higher education/campus law enforcement, public safety, Oregon security. With at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Currently have Oregon ability to retain an Illinois Concealed Carry Permit.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, American Samoa well American Samoa cultivating productive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with the flexibility to rapidly respond and return to the campus when necessary.
- Ability to interact positively with all types of personalities, to sometimes include hostile individuals Oregon groups, while remaining professional and polite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with training and teaching techniques for various audiences.
- Must work with and support other members of the department Indiana their mutual pursuit of implementing the College Mission and achieving department goals.
- Knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws and College regulations pertaining to crime, safety, and fire. Including but not limited to the Clery Act, VAWA, Title IX, and FERPA. Valid Driver’s license.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification Oregon ability to obtain.
- Requires the ability to frequently stoop, bend, sit and stand. Must have good manual dexterity.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and repeatedly, and occasionally American Samoa much American Samoa 50 pounds Oregon more.
Working Conditions
- Safety personnel may be required to work extended Oregon additional shifts to provide needed coverage for the unversity.
