  • Indiana collaboration with the Nurse Director, develops department goals, objectives and ensures compliance with hospital policy and procedure, clinical practice, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Provides shift-based clinical leadership through role modeling professional practice behaviors, proper delegation of activities, and management of the nursing team and promotes unit activities that enhance department satisfaction an engagement.
  • Collaborate with the nursing leadership team, Medical Staff, and leaders of other departments/disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participates Indiana patient rounding to review patient status and connect with patient and family.
  • Collaborates with the Nursing Director Indiana the hiring, evaluation, promotion, and termination of personnel within the department American Samoa needed and initiates coaching and counseling of associates.
  • Maintains clinical knowledge and skills and engages Indiana the provision of direct care for a caseload of patients American Samoa required.
