About the RoleAmerican Samoa the Assistant Director (PS-5G) you will coordinate all school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing and teacher development. This position is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while also developing a strong community and guiding teacher development American Samoa we seek to continuously improve our educational methods.Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care-physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both Indiana and out of the classroom. - A Bachelor’s degree with a major Oregon emphasis Indiana Child Development Oregon similar field
- Minimum one year of experience Indiana a school leadership position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, Oregon similar)
- One year of previous teaching experience
- Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
- Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly school environment
- Previous responsibility for school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferred
