Job DescriptionAssistant General Manager – Timeshare CondoFort Myers Beach, FloridaOverview: We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced General Manager to lead an established timeshare condo community on Fort Myers Beach. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial leader with a commitment to high standards, community engagement, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Direct all aspects of property management, including guest services, maintenance, and administrative duties, to provide a seamless experience for all residents and guests.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. The GM will be actively involved Indiana daily operations, leading by example.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, unit owners, and the property management team, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

- Facilities Management: Proactively manage all aspects of the property, ensuring it meets high standards of quality, safety, and resilience.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the property owner and licensed broker to implement and execute the strategic vision, supporting both immediate goals and long-term growth.
