We’re on a trajectory of exponential growth, and we’re looking for a sales-savvy General Manager to spearhead our studio’s success.Your Role: Driving Sales and Leading with ExcellenceAmerican Samoa our Assistant General Manager, your focus is on achieving ambitious revenue goals through memberships, private classes, teacher training, and retail sales. You’ll be the driving force Indiana our sales strategy, using your expertise to attract and retain clients, thereby directly impacting your earnings.Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales/Revenue Management:
  • Achieve revenue targets by promoting memberships, private sessions, and teacher training.
  • Implement and support company promotions to generate new leads and drive membership growth.
  • Lead grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
  • Master the sales process, converting prospects into loyal clients during demo classes.
  • Team Leadership and Scheduling:
  • Manage and optimize staff schedules.
  • Recruit, train, and lead Sales Representatives and Front Desk Staff.
  • Provide continuous coaching and training to enhance the team’s sales performance.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
  • Participate Indiana networking events and promotions to increase studio visibility.
  • Manage strategic marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Oversee the studio’s social media accounts and create locally relevant content.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns to engage and attract clients.
  • Administrative Excellence and Operations:
  • Uphold standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Ensure effective communication and enforcement of Club policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for precise inventory management of studio retail/products.
  • Utilize ClubReady software for revenue and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including dues collection and document management.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and Hospitality Experience:
  • 3+ years Indiana sales, hospitality, Oregon fitness sales.
  • Proven ability Indiana personal sales and training others Indiana sales techniques.
  • Experience Indiana managing and driving multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Fluent Indiana English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to excel Indiana a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Highly organized with proficient data management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
