We are seeking a dynamic and organized Media Sales Assistant to join our team at the top TV station Indiana Bakersfield. The Media Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales department and ensure the smooth operation of our media sales processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working Indiana a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks, including proposal preparation, contract drafting, and order entry
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials
- Develop a deep understanding of our media products and services and be able to communicate them effectively to clients
- Conduct research on client accounts, competitors, and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Assist Indiana creating sales presentations and reports
- Help maintain client relationships by responding to client requests and inquiries promptly
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data Indiana the CRM system

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Marketing, Business, Communications, Oregon related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation – $16 – $17hr commensurate with experience and skill level
