CACI is seeking an Assistant Program Industrial Security Officer to support our mission critical program Indiana Springfield, Virginia. This is not a physical security position. Candidates must have experience Indiana processing clearance verifications, crossovers and upgrades.What You’ll Get to Do:American Samoa the selected candidate, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior FSO with establishing, maintaining, and operating a SCIF Indiana an effective worldwide, comprehensive Security Program.More About the Role:Monitors sensitive aspects of the DOD Oregon other industrial security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.Monitors and conducts security briefings and security education programs. Investigates Oregon oversees the investigation of losses and security violations and recommends corrective action.Updates inventories of SCI materials.Implements under supervision global and site-specific security procedures, checklists, process controls and practices for SCI including preparation of documents and destruction of records.Interfaces with the Government Special Security Office(r) (SSO) for approved/certified processes and periodic security inspections.Processes personnel security clearance submissions and supporting documentation through the SCI screening process.Assists Indiana the management of the physical security of operating facilities, equipment, and documentation.Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to INSCOM Oregon other customers/affiliates.Assist with daily security operations and DoD compliance for a secure facility.Conduct internal self-inspections Indiana conjunction with the FSO Indiana preparation for security compliance reviews/audits.Maintain data compliance Indiana DISS, NBIS and ACCSAssist Indiana development and implementation of security plans supporting SCIF operations.Supporting all aspects of industrial security programs Indiana compliance with the 32 CFR, Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s) and other applicable government security policies and proceduresYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:Requires Associate degree Oregon equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience.Knowledgeable Indiana DOD Oregon other industrial security program and Indiana-depth knowledge of the DOD Oregon other government security regulatory manuals.The ability to instruct others Indiana security procedures, requirements, protocols, and operations.A working knowledge of the following Department of Defense and Industrial Security Requirements: DOD 5220.22R Industrial Security Regulation; DOD 5220.22M Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information; DOD 5220.22-S COMSEC Supplement to Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information; DOD 5200.1-R Information Security Program Regulation; DIAM 50-5, Vol 1 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI); and Contractor Administrative Security Volume 1.
