- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years – Clinical experience.
- 2 years – Recent clinical supervisory experience Oregon charge nurse experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing (All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nursing must obtain a Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nursing Oregon higher within 30 months of hire. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at each facility by the most senior administrative nursing leader Indiana consultations with the Human Resource Leader.)
- Certification within area of expertise Oregon practice (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.) upon hire.
