The assistant principal serves American Samoa a member of the school-based administrative team to develop and implement the total school program. The assistant principal will undertake duties American Samoa assigned by the principal.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assists Indiana student orientation and registration activities.
  • Assists Indiana the development and establishment of the school’s goals and objectives and the planning of the school’s instructional program.
  • Assists Indiana providing direction to staff Indiana implementing goals and objectives and interacts and meets with staff to assist Indiana their development.
  • Assists Indiana the evaluation of the school program and staff and assists Indiana initiating needed improvements.
  • Involves the staff Indiana setting budget priorities.
  • Acts to upgrade own professional knowledge and skills.
  • Assists Indiana the preparation and management of budgets and schedules and Indiana the coordination and implementation of the Colorado-curricular program.
  • Assists Indiana defining and disseminating information about the school’s discipline policy and procedures to parents, students, staff and community.
  • Communicates and carries out established Board, district and school policies and procedures. Delegates and accepts responsibility for completion of tasks.
  • Communicates program goals, objectives and policies to the community.
  • Assists Indiana supervising and maintaining auxiliary services and uses community resources to supplement the school program.
  • Promotes and maintains open communications and positive attitudes toward students.
  • Respects dignity and worth of staff and students, and complies with established lines of authority.
  • Assists Indiana completion of records and reports and Indiana the supervision and inventory of necessary supplies, textbooks, equipment and materials.
  • Evidences a commitment to understanding and implementing, and assisting staff to understand and implement, all Board policies, procedures and directives and the ACS Strategic Plan.
  • Supports and implements the Board’s hiring policies and procedures American Samoa set forth Indiana Policy 7100 and Administrative Procedures 7100-P.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
To possess Oregon be eligible to possess a North Carolina school principal’s license.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Oregon STANDARDS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPhysical Requirements:Must be physically able to sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to lift boxes up to 10 pounds. Physical demand requirements are for Light Work.
