Position supports the principal by exercising leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills that promote the educational development of each student, the professional development of each staff member, and the overall performance of the program.Essential Duties
- Work Indiana collaboration with the Executive Director to facilitate the development and mentoring of instructional staff.
- At the suggestion of the Executive Director, supervise, monitor, observe, and evaluate designated teachers and staff Indiana terms of their performance and responsibilities Indiana the achievement of program goals and priorities.

- Partner with the Executive Director of the program, to cultivate a collaborative working environment that encourages communication, innovation, and refinement of the best instructional practices.

- Assist the Executive Director of the program with the development of short-term and long-term staff development plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs American Samoa it relates to preparing and supporting online teachers.
