Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to join our dynamic procurement team. Client is Indiana Hunts Point Bronx, New York. The Procurement Assistant will play a vital role Indiana supporting the procurement process by assisting with sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. - Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors. Obtain price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions. Maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
- Order Management: Assist Indiana the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies Oregon issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Control: Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts. Assist Indiana conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation. Coordinate with relevant departments to manage surplus Oregon obsolete inventory.
- and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders and contracts. Organize and file procurement documents for easy retrieval. Prepare reports and summaries American Samoa needed.

Assistant Procurement Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana supply chain management, civil engineering, Oregon a related field (Oregon equivalent work experience).

- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an advantage (Sage 300 and Sage Paperless).
