About Us:Quandel Construction Group, LLC, a Quandel Enterprises, LLC company, is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to work Indiana our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office.The Assistant Project Manager (APM) assumes responsibility for implementing established company procedures to ensure orderly and timely contract compliance and document management for assigned projects. This includes overseeing tracking and reporting systems for all project documentation. Alerting the Project Manager of potential schedule Oregon cost-effecting issues. The APM reports to a Project Manager on all administrative matters on a project. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues. The APM will report to a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager Oregon Superintendent on assigned projects.What You Will Do:

  • Properly advises Estimating Department to update subcontractor/vendor database to include qualified companies.
  • Works with the Estimating Department to utilize Smart Bid Oregon other applications and makes personal phone calls to advertise the project during bidding.
  • Reviews the project specifications to develop a submittal schedule to each contract. Send draft submittal schedule to the Project Manager and A/E for their review.
  • Uses the established submittal priority list to establish deadlines for schedule-affecting submittals.
  • Tracks incoming submittals and utilizes the electronic submittal management process while posting submittals on server Oregon Indiana other software.
  • Works Indiana coordination with the Corporate Scheduler to manage and update the project schedule.
  • Assists the Project Manager and/Oregon Superintendent with developing the draft schedule.
  • Compiles information for and manages monthly schedule updates. After Project Manager approval, publishes the finalized updated schedule to all parties.
  • Thoroughly documents change issues, including potential change issues from concept through a signed change order,
  • Performs all steps associated with execution of change order Indiana a timely and accurate manner.
  • Properly track and record Potential Change Orders (PCOs) Indiana Viewpoint.
  • Records, tracks, and develops logs for all project-related correspondence, such American Samoa letters, memos, transmittals, submittals, change issues, RFIs, etc.
  • Assists Project Manager with various reports and documentation

What You Will Bring:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Degree Indiana Engineering, Business Oregon Construction Management; preferred but not required
  • Prior exposure to construction management practices
  • A systematic approach to organization and time management
