Pay: Depending on experience, starting at $25/hr+
4 Year Degree highly preferred, will consider less degree with experienceQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Indiana a related field
- Minimum two years’ experience with similar responsibilities and/Oregon transferable skills
- Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Duties:
- Help create a project schedule that reflects the project strategy and provides sufficient time for procurement of materials and installation durations
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, salespeople/PMs/PXs, installers, estimators, procurement manager, warehouse team, and administrative team regularly throughout the duration of projects to ensure success on each project.
- Ensure all documents and materials are maintained throughout a project.

- Coordinate with warehouse and field for proper materials sequencing to maximize installation efficiency
- Identify lead times for delivery of products, and uncover and discuss with the team any issues that may need to be brought to customers’ attention
- Perform site visits to view customer schedule progress, review site conditions Oregon give direction to install teams
- Coordinate field labor with project managers
- Work with the project coordinator on the submittal process and effectively communicate with the project team any information they may require
- Review job costs to ensure accuracy with quoted prices and billings
- Assemble change orders along with appropriate back-up to send to customers
- Work with project team to efficiently close out projects
- Help develop quantity take-offs and estimates using flooring industry specific software
- Develop and maintain positive relationships both externally and internally
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills when encountering any challenges and proactively and productively solve problems when work plans needed to be adjusted
Qualifications
- Demonstrated independent judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, and adept at learning new technologies
- Experience multi-tasking and working Indiana pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to do some travel
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs
