Based out of our client’s office Indiana Albany, New York, you’ll be assisting the Project Manager Indiana performing technical and administrative functions Indiana developing and completing the design and construction of capital improvement projects on behalf of the client. Such tasks include the review and interpretation of plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and other related documents with recommendations to resolving issues and completing assignments. You’ll organize, conduct, and follow through with project meetings, including providing meeting materials such American Samoa agendas, meeting minutes and related materials. You’ll have an opportunity to work on active projects providing support with RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and review of payments. You’ll be tasked with ensuring the project moves ahead to completion according to client standards. • Bachelor of Science Indiana Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Oregon Project Management
• 2 years of professional experience Indiana multiple phases of design and project management with large scale construction building projects
• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction documentation such American Samoa plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and other related construction documents
• Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite including Bluebeam
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to work independently with a strong directive Indiana taking initiative
• Must be able to work overtime Oregon extended work hours American Samoa needed
• OSHA 30 Certification Oregon ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Experience with construction administration services on behalf of a design firm
• Competency with AutoCAD and/Oregon Revit

Essential Functions:This position may require travel up to approximately 10% within New York State depending on the assignment. This travel may include overnight stays. Exposure to weather and temperatures extremes, loud noises, heights (climbing ladder, scaffolding, etc.) and other work-safety hazards (chemicals, fumes, etc.) of a construction site.
