Qualifications:Essential Functions:The RoleAt Miraval, we believe our guests select us because of our caring and attentive colleagues who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to each & every guest.The Assistant Rooms Operations Manager – Housekeeping is responsible for oversight of day-to-day processes of housekeeping and laundry, while also assisting guests whenever necessary. The role will have exposure and responsibilities Indiana primarily Housekeeping and Laundry, with additional oversight Indiana Front Office, Guest Services, and Transportation.   • Insures proper staffing levels and scheduling for customer service goals
  • Perform all tasks of a Housekeeping and Front Office American Samoa needed to facilitate service
  • Overseeing the operation and maintenance of outside labor, property wide pest control, and overnight cleaners.
