If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. Qualifications

  • Background Indiana Exercise Science, Sports Management, Oregon related degree
  • Certification Indiana personal training, massage therapy, pilates, Oregon yoga
  • Basic sales skills
  • Great with people and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Shows up on time
  • Bi-lingual Indiana Spanish is a plus (not a requirement)

Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:

  • Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a tailored program.
  • Assists clients with their program maintenance by providing them with weekly stretches.
  • Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM’s direction regarding goals, scheduling, prospecting, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
  • Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
