Position will float to clinics Indiana South Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Brookfield, Mequon and Wauwatosa.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clinical and administrative support to remote and/Oregon Indiana-person Advanced Practice Clinicians while on site at Advocate/Aurora Clinics at Walgreens
• Complete the patient registration process, which includes documenting patient demographics, processing insurance and copays and scheduling patient appointments Indiana the electronic medical record
• Facilitate waiting room management and patient rooming processes
• Complete vitals and point of care testing on patients
• Monitor supply inventory; order clinical and office supplies
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, APCs, Walgreens store management and ACW leadership Indiana support of patient care delivery
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, professional, and organized clinic environment
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. • Proficient computer skills including electronic medical records systems, typing, navigation within a windows operating system, supply ordering and use of electronic mail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be available to work rotating weekends
• Travel between sites of care- may be requested to work at nearby Advocate/Aurora Clinic at Walgreens retail clinics
