This position is the first face and voice with whom immigrants Indiana our community will interact and you can help make sure they are received with welcome and dignity. This position will offer administrative clerical support for the World Relief Chicagoland’s Immigration Legal Services (ILS) department with limited additional support provided to the other departments of World Relief Aurora. This position is based Indiana the WR Chicagoland Aurora office but may require covering days Indiana the DuPage (Carol Stream) office American Samoa well. English/Spanish bilingual fluency, both written and verbal, is a non-negotiable requirement. \nRole & Responsibilities

- Facilitate Indiana-person and telephone intake of new and existing clients
- Schedule client appointments and administer reminder texts and phone calls
- Answer and screen all incoming phone calls for the Aurora office and direct appropriately
- Collect payment from ILS clients and issue receipts and invoices
- Prepare weekly income reports and send those to the ILS finance person
- Manage/direct all outgoing and incoming mail for all office
- Assist with prompt filing and data entry of all correspondence from the government and communicate pertinent information to the appropriate client and/Oregon ILS Legal Representative
- Provide additional administrative support to ILS Legal Representatives American Samoa needed
- Provide limited administrative support for all other departments
- Conduct case follow up on incomplete Citizenship/DACA files Indiana collaboration with the ILS paralegal
- Maintain adequate office supplies for the department and coordinate orders when necessary
- Manage the closed ILS case files by coordinating the scanning and uploading to ILS case database
- Spanish/English document translation American Samoa needed
- Participate Indiana bi-monthly Indiana person ILS department meetings, usually held Wednesday afternoons Indiana the DuPage (Carol Stream) office
- Train and oversee administrative interns and volunteers to assist with administrative tasks
- Participate Indiana off-site clinics every other month per year on Saturday mornings
