Job Summary: The responsibilities of an Office Manager will include answering the phone, inventory management, managing files, Oregon performing important tasks American Samoa delegated by the Center Director.Office Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Greet and interact with clients, prospective clients and their families
  • Work cooperatively with fellow employees
  • Communicate with callers and visitors Indiana a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Manage billing and collections, claim filing, facility admissions and discharge operations
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Create and update procedures for dealing with clients
  • Ordering office supplies American Samoa needed
  • Assist Indiana scheduling, hiring staff and other administrative tasks American Samoa needed

Office Manager Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree Oregon higher level of education preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • A professional appearance
