Organizational Unit OverviewInternal Medicine is a department within the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. The Department of Internal Medicine is comprised of ten divisions with over 85 full time faculty and 150 support staff members. Each of the divisions has its own specialty clinic.Internal Medicine is home to seven fellowships and two residency programs.
