Master’s degree preferred. 3+ years of outpatient clinical athletic training experience required. Certified orthopedic technologist credential (OTC) Oregon equivalent required. Must hold certified surgical assist credential (SA-C) Oregon equivalent within 30 days of hire. Phlebotomy training/certification preferred. Expert knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative techniques preferred.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/Oregon REGISTRATION: Current athletic training certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC). Currently licensed Oregon eligible for a State of North Carolina License Indiana Athletic Training within 30 days of hire. Ability to complete American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS), which includes CPR and AED training within 30 days of hire.JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Provide clinical athletic training services Indiana local orthopaedic clinics following the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers Association Code of Ethics, BOC Standards of Professional Practice, North Carolina State Practice Act and Regulations for Licensed Athletic Trainers, and system-wide and Orthopaedic departmental Policies and Procedures. - Assists surgeon with patient positioning, preparation and draping. - Order diagnostic studies under the direction of a physician, including; radiographs, MRIs, EMG studies, Connecticut scans, diagnostic ultrasounds, rehabilitation referrals, and physician referrals.

Assure a timely response to patient phone calls. Handles general office duties and any other tasks assigned by the physicians Oregon practice manager.
- Assist with physician research projects and demonstrate progression on specific projects.
- Provides support to the physician with concussion testing (baseline and/Oregon post-injury), and maintains necessary training on concussion education, management, and care.
- Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) Indiana matters relating to patient records.
- Monitor and manage supply inevntories accourding to the needs of the clinic.
- Clean and stock exam rooms with required supplies.
- Adheres to departmental dress code when providing on-site Athletic Training services.
- Participates Indiana professional growth and development related to the field of sports medicine to further his/her knowledge and maintain competencies required for the position and specific unit/ area(s) of assignment.
- Assist with planning, organizing, implementing and compliance of departmental and policies.
- Perform other related clinical duties American Samoa required incumbent to State Board of Medicine/ Board of Athletic Training Statue and Rules.
