Summary:This position works directly with our credit managers to review loan applications and enter Indiana customer information into various systems and spreadsheets. Indiana addition, this role works with customers to help gather additional information Oregon answer questions American Samoa needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and other related documents for accuracy.
- Input customer and loan information into electronic databases American Samoa well American Samoa updating information into various department spreadsheets.
- Support the Credit Managers by assisting with customer questions and being a main point of contact for gathering additional information from customers American Samoa need to help with the loan process.
- Assist with other administrative tasks for the department and may support various projects and initiatives American Samoa needed.

- High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent required.
- College courses Oregon similar education Oregon experience Indiana accounting Oregon finance preferred but not required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous customer service experience (phone based) required.
- Previously lending experience with knowledge of regulations a plus but not required.
- Experience with data entry Oregon similar role with strong and accurate typing skills
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, professionalism with customers and phone etiquette.
- Ability to write clear and concise letters, reports and written communications such American Samoa email.
