Court Services Assistant III directly serves the Court by performing court operations desk assignments requiring advanced knowledge of Court policies and practices and the application of legally established procedures and deadlines Indiana the designated areas of the law including preparing and issuing writs and warrants, preparing and updating court calendars, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy and rejecting incomplete documents, processing and issuing refunds and processing various complex and specialized court documents.For detailed job description, click . This position may be eligible for partial telework following an initial training period contingent upon the Court’s operation unit.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at time of application:Option I: Graduation from high school Oregon G.E.D. equivalent – AND – three years working Indiana a business environment, including general administrative, clerical, and/Oregon retail experience, providing customer service, cash handling, and utilizing basic computer skills – AND – United States citizenship.Option II: An Associate’s degree Oregon equivalent number of units (60 semester Oregon 90 quarter) from an accredited college – AND – one year of general administrative, clerical, and/Oregon retail experience providing customer service, cash handling, and utilizing basic computer skills -AND – United States citizenship.Note: Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience.
