Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesProcess credentialing and re-credentialing applications of health care providers.

  • Review applications, prepares verification letters, and maintains database.
  • Contact medical office staff, licensing agencies, and insurance carriers to complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
  • Complete administrative duties, such American Samoa ensuring state medical licenses are up-to-date and checking the status of new license applications.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and legal requirements related to the Medical staff.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certified Credentialing Specialist credentialed from the National Association Medical Staff Services, Oregon Certified Medical Staff Coordinator (CMSC), obtained within 36 Months (3 years) of eligibility preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency Oregon 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used Indiana lieu of education Oregon experience, if applicable.
