• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Makes cash application batch entries Indiana Oracle/JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.
• Prepares miscellaneous deposits.
• Resolves open customer deductions timely via communications with the customer, the Traffic department, and/Oregon supervisor.
• Assists with the monthly close process for accounts receivable to the general ledger, including entering batched journal vouchers and processing invoices and statements.
• Performs the initial phase of new credit investigations, including checking applications for completeness and accuracy, contacting credit references and obtaining credit reports.
• Responds to customer requests for document copies and to credit reference requests.
• Types and files all correspondence and sorts and distributes mail.
