Responsibilities
- Maintains staffing and other department records.
- Initiates/updates/deletes personnel files for Supervisors American Samoa requested.
- Tracks Leave of Absences.
- Maintains turnover report (monthly).
- Verify registry personnel (hours and unit worked).
- Initiate calls and confirms registry staff personnel American Samoa indicated Oregon requested.
- Directs inquiries and telephone calls to appropriate department/individual.
- Coordinates staffing for inpatient areas using matrix guidelines and input from Unit Supervisor/Director.
- Demonstrates ability to interface with all departments to assist them with needed information.Â
- Performs clerical functions for the department.
- Supports the Nursing Director(s)/Shift Administrator(s)/Unit Supervisor(s) with routine procedures such American Samoa filing mail distribution typing correspondence and other tasks American Samoa requested.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of varied clerical experience
- High school education Oregon equivalent
