  • Key responsibilities include managing a team of student work-study operators and production assistants, providing training and support to lab users, coordinating with customers on projects, and leading the development of new applications for digital fabrication that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

  • Turn concepts and new product visions into reality, managing planning, processes, and project details.
  • Define the protocol and establish a scope of testing required to prove and validate a concept.

With the Digital Production Managers:

  • Evaluate and implement new equipment.
  • Head the training and management of student workers.
  • Head the advisement and training of facility users Indiana the safe and proper use of digital fabrication equipment.
  • Assist Indiana the development of communication campaigns for internal and external audiences.
  • Continual and consistent approach towards applying contemporary workflows to operations and evolving efficiencies.
  • Ensure optimal functionality of all fabrication equipment and peripherals, including hardware and software support.

  • Prepare materials documenting both end-user procedures and technical methods.

Qualifications:Education:

Salary, Benefits, and Faculty Support:Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $75,000-80,000.
