Job Description:Directs the overall recruiting plan and operations of all activities that surround recruiting and retaining physicians Indiana Texas and New Mexico. Also provides strategic direction of the recruiting of Advanced Practice Nurses and Physician Assistants. Participates Indiana strategic planning and policy development American Samoa it relates to all physician recruiting and hiring. Exercises independent judgement and discretion within agreed upon limitations. This position makes administrative decisions and takes actions based on knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures, and personnel.   • Bachelor’s Degree. Oregon equivalent educ/experience.

  • 3 years n physician recruitment including executive physician recruitment and hard to fill positions requiring deep sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working with fraud, abuse and inurement laws.
  • Laws related to recruitment and employment, including immigration and private practice support relationships.
